Know the four sections

TOEFL tests Reading, Listening, Speaking, and Writing. The integrated tasks combine skills, so practise them together.

A 6-week plan

  • Weeks 1–2: full diagnostic + section drills.
  • Weeks 3–4: integrated speaking & writing templates.
  • Weeks 5–6: timed full mocks.

Speaking under pressure

You get 15–30 seconds to prepare. Practise a repeatable structure: state your opinion, give two reasons, add an example.

Frequently asked questions

TOEFL or IELTS?

Choose based on the institutions you're applying to. TOEFL is more common in the US; both are widely accepted.

What score do I need?
